Purpose

This article provides education on currently available Matrix integrations.

Internal DocNow users

Overview

MatrixCare is a subset of RedMed which has many different business branches. This can lead to confusion around what DocNow is able to integration. 

DocNow can integrate with the following: 

• MatrixCare 360 (Skilled Nursing), also known as MatrixCare, formerly/also known as MatrixCare SNF. 
  • Number 1 in screenshot below

DocNow cannot integrate with: 

• SigmaCare (Skilled Nursing) 
  • We do plan to integrated with SigmaCare in the future
  • Number 2 in screenshot below
• LPC/CCRC
  • Number 3 in screenshot below
