Purpose
This article will explain how to use the MIPS Bulk Submission dashboard.

Overview
To make bulk changes to MIPS measure answers there is a new dashboard that allows bulk submissions of answers for a given year. Your DocNow Account Manager will need to enabled this feature for you.

Editing and Submitting Answers
Navigation
After the practice permission is enabled by DocNow personnel you will navigate to the Dashboard within the administrative portal. Then select the MIPS Bulk Submission View tab.

Filtering Results
Select Measure
First select which measure you would like to filter for and provide answers for.
- All measures enabled for your practice will be available to select
- You may only choose one measure at a time as each measure will have a unique set of questions and answers.
Select Performance Year
Select which performance year you would like to make bulk changes for.
Select Provider(s)
Select which providers you would like to see and subsequently edit results for.
This will default to all providers, but you may also choose individuals or groups of providers.
Apply Filters
Apply Filters after you have made any changes.
Note: Currently this dashboard is only available for measures which have the status of Not Reported and have already been sent to P360 with that status.
Editing and Submitting Answers
Choosing Encounters
Select all or individual encounters (represented by unique Charge IDs) that you wish to edit.
Select Answers
Use the drop down menus to answer the questions related to the measure you have selected. Depending on the measure and questions you may be prompted to select subsequent sub questions or free text answers.
You may Clear Selection at any time before selecting Bulk Submit Answer to clear your answers and start again.
Bulk Submit Answers
Once you have completed your answer you can select Bulk Submit Answer to have your responses sent to P360.
Notes:
- It may take up to 24 hours for your submission to display in P360. Please contact support@doctornow.io if you do not see your submission in P360 after this time.
- After you submit your answers you will no longer see the same encounters in the filtered results as the performance status has been updated and will no longer be Not Reported.
