Accessing/Editing Patient Charts

Overview

The patients chart contains information related to patient demographics, current facility, past Admit/Discharge History, Vitals, Medications and much more. This article explains how to access this information and what information is available 
 

Feature Details

1. The patient chart can be accessed using a couple different methods.
   • My Patients: Navigate to the Patients>>My Patients screen and click on the patient's name to access the patient's chart.

• Census: Navigate to the Census>>Daily Census screen and click on the patient's name to access the patient's chart.

2. Once the patient chart is accessed the patient demographics are shown in the top header. While additional screens are available through the categories (e.g. Patient Notes, Wounds, Patient Documents, etc). 

   Note: Click the Switch Tabs Layout button to change the orientation of the menu options from horizontal to vertical.
