Introduction
If there is patient information that is not syncing between your integrated facility, such as room number, vitals, or you aren’t able to add your patient to a census, you can troubleshoot by importing your patient from the facility to ensure patient information is pulled into the DoctorNow platform. This article will walk you through the steps to complete this task.
Import a patient
- Go under the Patients tab
- Once on the Patients tab, you can first look up the right facility and patient in the search fields
- Check the checkbox next to names of patients you’d like to import
- Finally, the "Import X Patients" blue button will appear for you to click on it
- After clicking on it, a message will appear on the lower right of your screen to indicate the selected patients are successfully imported or are already imported
- Finally, you can optionally add the imported patients to a census, if you haven't done so
Alternatively, you can also just simply use the Import button on the far right to import your patient(s).
