Export All Notes for One Patient

Introduction

If you are a practice manager or director, you might often need to run reports to pull notes of patients. While you can conveniently export notes from a single census under the census tab, you can also pull historical notes from one single patient under the Patients tab. This article will walk you through the steps to complete this task.

Export all notes from one patient

1. Click on the Patients tab on the top of your screen
2. Click on “My Patients”
3. Enter the necessary info to look up you patient
4. Click on the text of the patient’s name

5. You should now see the patient’s list of notes
6. Check the “Select All” checkbox
7. The “Export Notes” blue button will appear on the top right to click on
8. You can choose to download or email the notes
