Introduction

The Wound Outcome Report displays the wound outcomes broken down by Etiology.

Filters:

1. Facility: Single-select dropdown listing all active facilities in your practice (Admin). When running this report as a Provider only the active facilities associated with the provider account are visible in this dropdown
2. Provider: Multi-select dropdown listing all providers (including Inactive providers). When running this report as a Provider only the user and their associated providers are visible in this dropdown.
3. Date Range: Filters the report by a start and end date.
4. Exclude Heal Count of 0: Hides rows for wound types that have 0 healed wounds for the filtered date range.
