Instructions / How to
1) Start

- Navigate to Smart Drive from your main navigation menu

- Select "Phrases" in the left panel menu
- Outline the article's sections.
2) Add a Dot-Phrase and Select a Shortcut for it.
- The dot-phrase shortcut function will pull in your phrase as you chart and type naturally, without having to use the mouse to select & insert.
- Select a simple shortcut name that contains the form title
