Purpose
- The Post Rounds Report provides a detailed view of all wounds associated with a selected facility. This report allows users to filter by date type and wound state, helping clinicians and administrative staff monitor wound progress and care activity over time.

Considerations
- Facility Access: Only facilities associated with the user’s account will be visible in the facility dropdown.

Date Types:

Created On: Shows wounds based on the date they were entered into the system.
- Updated On: Shows wounds based on their most recent update.
- Date of Service: Shows wounds based on when care was provided[

Wound States:

- All: Includes all wound states.
- Active: Displays currently treated wounds.
- Remission: Displays wounds marked as healed or inactive.
- Amputated: Displays wounds associated with an amputation status.

Accessing the Post Rounds Report

- Navigate to the Post Rounds Report section from the main dashboard.

Selecting a Facility

- Use the Facility dropdown to select the facility you want to view. Only facilities assigned to you will be available in the list.

Filtering by Date Type and Wound State

- Use the Date Type and Wound State dropdowns to further refine the results. You can mix and match these filters to find exactly what you need.

Downloading the Report

- Click the Download button located at the top of the report page. The report will be exported in your default file format (usually CSV or PDF).

Troubleshooting
- Facility Not Appearing: Ensure your user account is properly associated with the facility in question. Contact your administrator if access is missing.
- No Results in Report: Check your filters and date ranges to ensure they match expected data. Try broadening the criteria.
- Download Not Working: Make sure your browser allows downloads from the site. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
