Complete Daily Rounds and Update Visit Status
Record a visit outcome for each patient as you move through your round. Mark patients as Seen individually or select a group and update them all at once. When a patient cannot be visited, log a reason — such as Refused, In Procedure, or Transferred — and an optional note. Switch between table, card, and calendar views to match your rounding style.
Recording visit status
3Mark a patient as Seen
Tap the visit status control on any patient row to record that the patient was visited. The Seen badge updates immediately and is visible to all team members with access to the census.

Mark a patient as Not Seen and record a reason
When a patient cannot be visited, open the Not Seen window to log a reason — such as Refused, In Procedure, or Transferred — and an optional note. Reasons are facility-configurable and can be required. The status, reason, and note are all editable later and can be cleared entirely.

Update patient information
Open the patient details panel from the row actions to update the room number, admission details, and point of service without opening the full patient chart. Changes are saved automatically to the patient's current facility visit.

Bulk visit status updates
3Select multiple patients
Check individual row checkboxes or use the header checkbox to select all. A bulk action toolbar slides in above the table when rows are selected — the interface stays clean when you are working one patient at a time.
Step 1 of 3
Row checkboxes appear on hover — click one to start a bulk selection.
Step 2 of 3
Checking a row slides in the bulk action toolbar, showing how many patients are selected and the available actions.
Step 3 of 3
Select all visited patients and mark them Seen at once.
Bulk mark as Seen
Select the patients you have visited and mark them all Seen at once instead of tapping each row individually. Useful for end-of-round cleanup when you completed a group of patients without recording each visit as you went.

Bulk mark as Not Seen
When a whole group of patients cannot be visited for the same reason — a unit on lockdown, a procedure block — select them all and log a shared reason in one Not Seen window.
