The current process breakdowns would be addressed, providing real-time data updates and improving efficiency. The integration would benefit doctors, sales reps, and Venture Medical by reducing manual tasks, enabling better assistance, and improving order processing and payments.

The goal is to streamline the process of ordering and managing products for doctors using the portal.
The integration would allow doctors to order products directly from the EHR system and have the data flow seamlessly into the OneView portal.
This would eliminate the need for manual data entry and ensure that all the necessary information is captured in both systems.
The integration would also benefit the sales reps by providing them with easy access to the data in the portal, allowing them to assist the doctors more effectively.

The current process involves doctors placing orders in the portal and verifying insurance information through a separate system.
Once the orders are approved, they are converted into invoices and shipped to the doctors.
However, there is a breakdown in the process when doctors use the products without logging it in the portal.
