Purpose

Overview
- The Venture Medical IVR Integration introduces a company-level permission to enable or disable this feature for practices. Accessible via a new tab labeled "VM IVR" (Insurance Verification Request) in the practice settings, this feature allows administrators to configure integration settings and associate the appropriate Venture Medical products for seamless data transmission.
Configuration Details
Within the "VM IVR" tab in practice settings, administrators can manage the following configurations:

IVR Account Information

- Contact Name: Enter the name of the primary contact associated with the IVR account.
- Account Name: Specify the Venture Medical account name to ensure accurate data mapping.

Product Selection

- Access a predefined list of Venture Medical products provided through the integration.
- Use the multi-select option to choose products relevant to the practice’s workflow.
- This selection determines which products will be available for referral within the note editor.

POS (Point of Service) Field Configuration

- Set the desired Point of Service (POS) value to align with practice-specific billing or operational needs.

User Workflow
1. In the charge capture , users will see a referral option (bell icon) with a dropdown list of configured products with POS.
2. Upon selecting a product from the dropdown, all relevant data is automatically sent to Venture Medical.

2a. [Above screenshot]: Once Clicked, this pop up will appear with product drop down, place of service dropdown, and a searchable field for ICD-10 codes. There will be pre-selected codes that match the selected code in the charge capture diagnosis column. These can be de-selected if needed. All three fields are required.
2b) [Above screenshot]: Drop down for Products and POS will match what was set up on the Admin portal. Once both Product and ICD-10 is selected, order button will appear blue. However, POS is also required and should be selected.
