Medications
2Mark medications as managed and filter to your list
Providers can now star any medication as "managed" — including read-only EHR/PCC records — with a ★ icon on every medication row. A "My Meds" toggle filters the list to only your managed medications, so your daily working set stays front and center without hiding the full chart.
Prescriber column, Active/Discontinued tabs, and source badges
The medication table now shows who prescribed each medication in a dedicated Prescriber column. Active and Discontinued tabs make it easy to switch between your patient's current and past medications, and inline source badges identify whether a med came from DocNow, the EHR, or another source.
Patient Census
2Warning when adding an out-of-facility patient
If a patient is enrolled but admitted to a different building, DocNow now warns you before adding them to your census — preventing silent cross-facility additions.
Cleaner visit status and ADT filters
The Visit Status filter now shows "Unseen" and "Seen" only, with no ambiguous "Unknown" option. Discharge and transfer status (Discharged, Moved) has moved to a new dedicated ADT Status filter, making it faster to find the patients you need at a glance.

The census opens with all patients visible. The new ADT Status filter button sits above the table — ready to narrow by discharge or transfer status.

Clicking ADT Status opens a dropdown with options for Admitted, Moved, and Discharged. Select Moved to surface only patients who have been transferred.

After selecting Moved, only Maria Garcia appears in the census — James Wilson (marked Seen) is filtered out until the selection is cleared.
Charge Capture
1Template billing shortcuts on the charge slip
Admins can now attach Company CPT shortcuts to custom note templates. When a provider signs a note built on that template, those shortcuts appear at the top of the charge slip — cutting the time needed to submit a charge for a template-backed visit.

The note editor shows a template-backed note ready to sign. Templates can carry CPT shortcuts that surface automatically in the charge slip after signing.

After signing the note, the encounter summary surfaces a billing link. Clicking it opens the charge slip pre-loaded with the template's context.

The CPT picker opens with a dedicated Note Template Shortcuts section at the top — one tap submits the template's charge without scrolling past personal or company favorites.

1Provider cross-coverage associations
Practice admins can now configure which providers are cross-coverage associates under Organization Settings → Provider Associations. Each association is mutual and fully audited. This prepares the foundation for scoped visibility enforcement — coming in a future release.

The Provider Associations page under Organization Settings lists all configured cross-coverage links. Admins add new ones with the button at the top right.
Step 2 of 3
The New Association form lets you select two providers from the directory. Associations are mutual — both providers gain visibility into each other's coverage.

Once saved, the association appears as a row showing both provider names, their credentials, and a remove action — audited and ready for scoped visibility enforcement in a future release.
DocSense
1Note Preview and Transcript panel
The DocSense panel now shows two tabs: Note Preview — where AI-proposed content appears section by section for review and editing — and Transcript — where you can read the full dictation as chronological turns with an optional diarized view.

The notes page now shows a DocSense tab alongside the Summary tab. It appears only for providers with DocSense enabled — no extra navigation required.

Clicking DocSense opens the panel in the note editor — showing Note Preview (AI-proposed content) and Transcript (chronological dictation turns) as two tabs side by side.
Bug Fixes
4Note signature block positioned correctly
The electronic signature block now appears inside the scrollable note body, directly after the last line of the note, rather than floating to the container bottom with unexpected spacing.
Duplicate note dialog lists all existing notes
When you try to create a note that already exists, the dialog now shows every existing note and lets you open any of them to edit — not just the first one.
Recent Notes widget shows four entries
The Recent Notes summary widget on the chart now shows four items, matching the Recent Labs and ADLs widgets.
Wound procedures appear in notes regardless of wound status
Fixed a bug where wound procedures performed on a wound that later resolved or was amputated were silently dropped from the visit note. All procedures performed in an encounter now appear in the note, regardless of the wound's current clinical status.
