Instructions
The ScriptSure application does not decipher to meds as controlled in the states that require these meds. It is infrequent but can happen. If you live in a state where Gabapentin is controlled, you will need to follow the steps shown below. You will want to send Gabapentin using the following steps.
Set the controlled substance field to CONTROLLED
1. To do this, select Gabapentin and get to the prescription preview window. In the bottom right click More Options button.
2. Under the Controlled Substances drop down, select "Controlled"
Now your e-prescription for Gabapentin will transmit properly according to state regulations.
