Customized Email Formatting (Company Setting)

Overview

Administrators can now customize the content of emails sent from the DocNow System by overwriting banner, header and footer content. 

Current Default Email Format

Admin Portal

1. Navigate to the Admin Portal>>Company Settings (gear icon, ) >> Customize Emails for your practice
2. Adjust settings as needed for the following:
   • Banner image (Recommended size: 500x80 pixels (WxH))
   • Header content (plain text)
   • Footer content (plain text)
