Steps
Company Time (Admins)
- Go to the Company Settings menu and select 'Company Time'.
- Set the Start and End time for appointments. These times will appear on the provider schedule.
- Check the box to allow providers to change appointment statuses, if desired.
- If unchecked, providers will not be able to edit the status of any appointments.

Appointment Types
- Click 'Add Appointment Type' from the Company Settings menu.
- Enter a Name, Duration (in minutes), and choose a Color. These fields are required.
- Click Save to add the new appointment type. It will now appear in the type dropdown when scheduling.
- Appointment color and duration will be reflected on the provider’s calendar.
- Use the edit or trash icons to modify or delete appointment types as needed.

Schedule for multiple providers on one screen:
Business Hours
- Open Company Settings and select 'Business Hours'.
- Choose a provider from the dropdown list.
- Set working hours for each day of the week individually.
- Click Save to apply your changes.

View Options
- Go to Settings > View Options.
- Check or uncheck the appointment columns (e.g., Time, Name, Status) to show or hide them.
- Only selected columns will be shown to providers and included in appointment exports.

Visit Status
- Select 'Visit Status' under Company Settings.
- Click 'Add Visit Status' to create a new status. Enter a Name and select a Color.
- Use the edit or delete icons to modify or remove a status.
- Changes made by the Admin or provider will be reflected throughout the system — including scheduler views and appointment details.

Audit Logs
- Open 'Audit Logs' from Company Settings.
- View logs related to appointment creation, deletion, and status changes.
- Recent updates are automatically recorded in real time.

Troubleshooting
- Ensure all required fields (name, color, duration) are filled when creating appointment types or statuses.
- If appointment colors or statuses aren’t showing, double-check your configuration and permissions.
- If providers can’t change statuses, make sure the Admin has enabled permissions in the Company Time settings.
