| MIPs Submission View |
Add a company level permission named 'Mips Submission View' on view
|
| Optimize Facility Import: Add App Type Dropdown for Encounter & Flat Facilities |
Currently, when importing facilities, the dropdown for selecting an encounter-type facility shows no options. As a result, users are unable to add any new Encounter facilities, and the system defaults to the Flat app type. To resolve this, we need to optimize the facility import flow by adding pre populated fields in dropdown that allows users to select the appropriate facility type and fetch facilities correctly from PCC. |
| Include Organization on Charge Capture Dashboard and exported report |
|
| Create User based permission Plena AI within their Company | A user-specific option for the Plena feature has been created. Admins can now select which users have access to the Plena tab on the Provider Portal. |
| vitals_all_nodates@pcc dotphrase |
As a provider I want to pull in the most recent vitals information even if it is outside of the date range logic that influences the original .vitals@pcc phrase. However, I do not want to see the dates that the vitals are from. Therefore we will create a new phrase - vitals_all_nodates@pcc that brings in the most recent value for any recorded vitals. |
| Not Seen Attestation Report - Dashboard Changes I |
Administrators do not need to see data at a glance for incomplete visits. Instead they would like to see data at a glance for missed visits for the filtered results. Therefore in the Patient Not Seen Attestation Report we will remove the Incomplete Visits data at a glance and the Incomplete Visits column from the data table and add in data at a glance and table column for Patients Not Seen. |
| Biller Notes Permission Enhancement (Main Codebase) | Add a company permission that prevents biller notes from being updated after charge submission |
| Custom Post Rounds Report - Feedback v1 | Custom Post Round report improved to allow users to sort all columns in the report (previously only fields with filterable options were allowed to be sortable) |
| PPL should show patient count | PPL should show total patient count, count needs to consider if tag filter selected. |
| Consent form improvement |
Consent forms now respect specialties AC1: When signed, Consent forms assigned to a specific specialty should only be showing as “Completed” when users from the same specialty are viewing the patient from a census within the expiration period. Users from a different specialty should be allowed to sign a new consent form if one for their specialty does not exist. AC2: When signed, Consent forms not assigned to a specialty should only be showing as “Completed” when users not assigned a specialty are viewing the patient from a census within the expiration period. AC3: Similarly, A non-specialty user would not see a signed specialty consent icon within the census AND similarly a specialty user would not see a non-specialty signed consent form. |
| Web Portal Camera Interface to Match Mobile |
As a user who is utilizing the web portal for my wound care workflow, I need the same functionalities that are available on the mobile application related to photo workflows to be available on the web portal. The specific functions I need are the:
|
| QAPI Report for Wounds to include Days to Heal and Wound Status | The QAPI Report (Reporting & Analytics, Reporting V3) now includes Days to Heal and improved logic for Wound Status. |
| Not Seen Attestation Report - Add Discharge Reporting I |
As an administrator in addition to Not Seen missed visit reasons I would also like to see patients who providers have deleted off their census and the reasons they have done so. Therefore we will add tiles for any discharged patients and their reasons, as well as table entries for any discharged patients and their reasons. Discharged = provider deleted the patient from the census. |
| Invalidate Patient Consent Upon Discharge | Currently, patient consent obtained during initial consults is considered valid for the entire length of stay at a facility. However, the current process does not explicitly address the invalidation of consent if a patient is discharged and then later readmitted to the same facility. This ticket proposes a change to the system to automatically invalidate patient consent upon discharge. When a patient is readmitted, a new consent should be required. This ensures that consent is always current and relevant to the patient's most recent admission. This applies to cases where: |
| Improve UI Handling Unresolved Phrases in Note Editor |
Many times clients are confused where the unresolved phrases are, and they have to email support@doctornow.io for this issue. These “hidden” phrases are just a “.” before a text that the system is recognizing as a dot phrase. This creates user frustration and ticket volume. Example: the “.wound” is being recognized as a unresolved phrase but is hard for users to see. support has to use ctrl + F to look for all the periods in a note to finally find what is the blocker.
Therefore the improvement provides the following:
|
| Census DOS comments enhancement |
Due to building schedules ahead of time and charting days after visit or setting things up days before, providers are asking that the most recent comment does not override all others, and show the most recent. They want the DOS comment that corresponds with the correct DOS census to be showing. |
