Provider Dashboard

Introduction

The dashboard is the first screen you will see upon logging into the DN portal. This page provides a quick overview of outstanding tasks related to notes signing, charges, and dictations. If you are a wound care user, this is where you can easily pull various wound reports frequently used by our wound care organizations. Additionally, the dashboard also allows you to submit a ticket to put you in contact with DoctorNow’s support, if you encounter issues when using the system.

My Documents

Under “My Documents” on the left pane, you can start selecting notes to review/act on by their statuses (Unsigned, Signed, Co-Signed, Uploaded, and Trashed). If you select one status, the main pain will display every note of the status from the selected date range and facility. You can change the date range and facility as needed by resetting the filter.

Definitions of the statuses

Unsigned	A note has been drafted but not yet signed
Signed	A note has been signed by its author
Co-Signed	A note has been signed by its author and co-signer
Uploaded	A note has been uploaded to PCC or Matrix
Trashed	A note that is deleted

This page is most helpful if you are overseeing a mid-level provider and need to co-sign pended notes. If you have an associated NP or PA using the co-sign feature, you are able to view and sign outstanding notes listed in the dashboard.

My Charges

You can review charges similarly to how one reviews notes using the “My Documents'' menu. Under the 'My Charges' dropdown, you can select one of the statuses of “drafted”, “submitted”, “billed”, or “missing facesheets”, and the main pain will display your charges of that status from the selected date range and facility. This page is also helpful with submitting multiple drafted charges at once time. 

Definitions of the statuses

Drafted	the charge is in draft but not submitted yet
Submitted	the charge has been submitted to biller
Billed	the charge has been billed to other parties
Missing Facesheets
