Encounter Status

Overview

Encounter status gives user a quick look at Complete and Incomplete censuses. A complete census is defined as a Daily Census containing the same number of patients, signed notes and submitted charges. If any of these items does not match then the census is considered incomplete which is one indication that additional charting is required or that a patient was not seen.
