Overview
Users can generate patient face sheets directly within DocNow, providing a concise summary of key patient information that enables staff to quickly review important demographic, clinical, and insurance details at a glance.
Face sheets may appear slightly different depending on the facility type, such as DN, PCC, or MatrixCare, since each platform provides varying levels of information availability.

Feature Details
Accessing a Face Sheet
- Navigate to the patient's chart using one of the following methods:
- Navigate to Patients>>My Patients and select the Edit icon for the patient
- Select the patient name when viewing the patient on the daily census
- Click the Facesheet button to view the face sheet
- Face sheets can be downloaded as PDFs or sent as an eFax (if enabled for your company)
