Setting Up Your Signature

Introduction

You can set up your personalized signature to use when you electronically sign your notes. This article will show you how to set this up.

Signature set-up

To set up a personalized signature:

1. Click the settings icon at the top right.
2. Enable your signature (far left).
3. Click Signature, then select the font size.
4. Now a signature can be added to a note with the dot phrase .signature or may be auto populated based on templates.

Depending on how your note template is set up by your organization, your e-signature might look like the below in your note:
