Description
With this update, the Post-Doctoral Fellow specialty has been added alongside two other default specialties:
- Non-Independently Licensed/Practicing Clinicians [LPC]
- Post-Doctoral Fellow
- Licensed Psychologists without HSP/HSPP
Key enhancements include:
Supervisory Signer Workflow:
- A new setting allows Company Admins to enable/disable a supervisory signer workflow.
- If enabled, Post-Doctoral Fellows follow a workflow similar to Medical Assistants.
- If disabled, they follow the regular provider workflow (default setting).
Billing Permissions:
- By default, billing is assigned to the supervising provider.
- A new permission allows billing to be assigned directly to the Post-Doctoral Fellow.
Provider-to-Provider Association:
- Post-Doctoral Fellows must be associated with a supervisor (Provider 2).
- When creating a note, the supervisory provider appears in a Supervisory Signer dropdown.
- If only one supervisor is assigned, the dropdown is pre-selected with their name.
Supervisor Review & Approval:
- When a Post-Doctoral Fellow submits a note, the supervisor receives a notification for review.
- Submitted notes appear in the Signature Request section of the Provider Dashboard.
- The supervisor can review, edit, return, and modify the note before signing.
Electronic Submission & Signatures:
- Upon submission and approval, the system records timestamps for submission and supervisor signatures.
- Once signed, the note updates to PCC/Matrix, and an addendum can be created.
2) Enhancement: Improved Handling of Free Text in Template Dropdowns
