New Feature Details

Provider Name Added to Automated Note Email Subject Line 

Automated note emails now include the provider's name in the subject line. Previously, the subject line did not identify which provider the note belonged to, making it harder to triage emails at a glance. This update makes it easier for recipients to identify the relevant provider without opening the email.

DocSense: Contextual Change and Drop Down Settings Removed 

The Contextual Change and Drop Down settings have been removed from the user interface. These settings saw no active use during the DocSense Beta period, and the same functionality is now available through enhanced template configuration, which allows drop-down menus and boilerplate template text to be excluded from DocSense processing directly.

Charge Capture Report Date Range Extended 

The Admin Portal >> Dashboard >> Charge Capture Report now supports searching up to 12 months of data. Previously, the report's searchable date range was more limited, requiring multiple searches to cover a full year.

Admin Notes Screen Filtering and Export Improvements 

The Admin >> Dashboard >> Notes screen has been improved to support a wider date range and more flexible filtering. Previously, this screen was limited to roughly 31 days of data. Users can now filter by provider, facility, or both, filter by note status, and export signed notes as a zipped collection of PDFs for the resulting filter — supporting larger date ranges such as 12 months.

Bug Fixes

MA Provider Dropdown No Longer Shows Deassociated Providers 

Fixed an issue where, after an MA user was deassociated from a provider under Admin >> Associations >> Provider-MA Associations, the provider would still appear in that MA user's provider dropdown, and the "Submit for Review" button would fail to display when creating a note. The dropdown and note creation flow now correctly reflect current provider associations.
