New Feature Details
Provider Name Added to Automated Note Email Subject Line
Automated note emails now include the provider's name in the subject line. Previously, the subject line did not identify which provider the note belonged to, making it harder to triage emails at a glance. This update makes it easier for recipients to identify the relevant provider without opening the email.
Contextual Change and Drop Down Settings Removed
The Contextual Change and Drop Down settings have been removed from the DocSense user interface. These settings saw no active use during the DocSense Beta period, and the same functionality is now available through enhanced template configuration, which allows drop-down menus and boilerplate template text to be excluded from DocSense processing directly.
Charge Capture Report Date Range Extended
The Admin Portal >> Dashboard >> Charge Capture Report now supports searching up to 12 months of data. Previously, the report's searchable date range was more limited, requiring multiple searches to cover a full year.
Days to Heal Report Now Shows Column Totals
The Days to Heal Report now displays the sum of each numeric column at the bottom of the report. This lets users see aggregate totals directly in the report without exporting the data and calculating totals manually.
Bug Fixes
Census RVU Column Now Accounts for Units
Fixed an issue where the RVU value shown in the census RVU column was calculated for only a single unit of each CPT code, ignoring the number of units selected. Total RVU is now calculated as the RVU value multiplied by the number of units for each CPT, so the census RVU column reflects the correct total for the visit.
Signed Notes Now Upload When Not Previously Logged into PCC
Fixed an issue where a signed note could not be uploaded if the provider had not signed into PCC before signing the note.
Blank Screen When Opening a New Note After Migration
Fixed an issue where, after a facility migration, clicking to add a new note from the census produced a blank screen, preventing providers from writing notes. New notes now open correctly.
Last Seen Date Now Displays on Patient List
Fixed an issue where the last seen date for providers was not displaying on the patient list (PPL) for certain providers. The last seen date now displays correctly.
Provider Tax ID (TIN) Display Corrected
Fixed an issue where provider Tax ID / TIN numbers were displaying incorrect values for users in certain organizations. Tax IDs now reflect the correct values for each provider.
Post Round Report Now Generates
Fixed an issue where the Post Round Report failed to generate for certain facilities. The report now generates as expected.
