Infrastructure & Overview
DocNow v2 provides users with better performance, easier workflows, and a more modern interface. To accomplish this we have removed unused code, optimized current code, and rewritten important components.
Migration Instructions
- If you used live.doctornow.io → go to ns.app.doctornow.io*
- If you used woundcare.doctornow.io → go to wc.app.doctornow.io*
- If you use live.app.doctornow.io → you’re already on V2
*You will use the same username and password you already have.
Important Notes for users transitioning from live.doctornow.io or woundcare.doctornow.io :
- Both websites share the same database meaning that if you sign a note for a patient on website it has also been signed for the same patient in the other website. No need to duplicate notes or charges.
- Some features in v2 will not be compatible with v1 so problems may arise from trying to use both codebases for shared workflows.
- Example: With some features if you begin a note in v2 website you may not be able to access that note in v1 while it is still drafted.
- There may be small differences not listed here - please reach out to support or your DocNow Account Manager for further assistance.
